The programme's primary goal is to empower researchers by providing financial support for publishing their work in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, particularly those ranked in the Q1 and Q2 categories, as well as reputable Arabic-language publications. The RIA has introduced two application tracks: the Author Track, which requires affiliation with a research institution and prior consent from co-authors, and the corresponding author's contribution to publication costs.
